What do you like best?

I love how much time Copitrak saves me! It's so easy to use and so quick. It doesn't take up space while it's running. When I minimize it to my desktop it goes away and when I need to use it I just click on my toolbar. In three quick and easy steps, I can have my banner sheet printed and my document scanned in really quick. It's awesome! We also use it with our accounting software and although that isn't my role in the company, I've seen how it's used and it makes the process so much easier and saves so much time.

What do you dislike?

There's been a couple of times the program froze or acted upon us and we had to troubleshoot and get technical help. I don't like how it doesn't offer you much information when you need help. It's just a stand alone program that doesn't have much to it, but it accomplished so much.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I think this program is amazing. It saves so much time. It's so easy to just print off a routing sheet and then when you get to the printer all you have to do is put it on top of what you are scanning in and its done. It's amazing. YOu can even do more than 1 document at once.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've saving SO much time! Instead of me having to go to the copy room, input all of the information into the system that way I can just print off a banner sheet and just scan everything in at once. It's amazing.
