Convenient, yet pricey, software to up your advertising game.

What do you like best?

Easy to use, streamlined platform. Easy to train staff to use the platform and to manage multiple users on the account. This is unlike other comparable softwares.Customer support is also robust, which is comforting when you are just becoming accustomed to a new technology. The Kintegra Blog also offers 'food for thought' which can help you and your team drive bespoke advertising solutions for your company. The content of the blog is comprehensive and the discussion section of each post provides a bit of intellectual stimulation as well.

What do you dislike?

Pricing is a bit steep, but that is to be expected from a platform such as this. Definitely request a demo before committing to the product to ensure that this is a program that will benefit your organisation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Like any investment, conduct a comprehensive search before committing to a single product. However, my experience with Kintegra was quite positive. As someone who struggles to learn new technologies, I found the onboarding process simple and easy-to-follow. Customer support was also 'spot-on.' The combination of the 'easy-to-use' platform and customer support made using Kintegra a breeze, thus ultimately adding value for my company.

No notable problems in terms of usage. Benefits include improved Digital marketing strategy, better knowledge of our consumer base.
