What do you like best?

I like that it is cloud-based and accessible almost anywhere and at any time, cell phone, computer, etc.

What do you dislike?

It is bulky and can be confusing for some staff.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Train the staff well, untrained staff winds up being a waste of money when they do not use it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

So many, it makes it easy to have and keep a plan across all staff.
