Not Worth Preaching to the Choir!
What do you like best?
I like the concept/theory of this platform. It was nice being able to do internal review/feedback on teammates and also receive feedback about myself as well. I believe that there is great potential in the product and just was not able to be realized by my company and its vision of utilization of the platform. I think other organizations could highly benefit from this system though.
What do you dislike?
I do not like the execution of this platform. It was very poorly designed and administered. Almost felt incomplete at times. There was definitely more to be desired and very much lacking that needed to be improved upon. There was always visual glitches and lag in the platform, as well as attributed errors at what seemed like every single turn. When trying to utilize this within our company, it ended up basically being sidelined and forgotten about over time since everyone was frustrated with not being able to utilize it correctly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend anyone considering this platform to please reconsider and look to other possibilities before deciding to use this one. That is my blunt and honest opinion. I think that there are very many other more fitting options available that could be looked at by anyone that is considering this platform and could definitely find something of more value and substance elsewhere. Additionally, if you do decide on this, then I would suggest making sure that your team fully understands the intricacies of it and that they continue through with the use of it, otherwise it is just a waste of time and resources. I would even probably be able to just do a simple search and find more than likely 10 other possible options that would suffice instead of utilizing this Khorus platform.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to do internal employee review/critique with this system is helpful. That is honestly the only benefit of it though. Aside from that, I cannot think of any other reasonable benefit that my organization found from it, or any that I can think of another organization being able to receive from it.
