Solid platform, great support
What do you like best?
We've been able to adapt KeyedIn to our business model, so the flexibility has been helpful. The support model is fantastic, and the account team is always available to help. THe learning curve was not bad, and there is a lot of functionality to help manage projects and portfolios. The reporting engine has been revamped and much improved.
What do you dislike?
There are a few areas that aren't intuitive but fairly easy to learn.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
All projects are visible under one umbrella yet sortable and filterable by program and portfolio. Benefits include hours in productivity each week and a simple method for scenario planning. We now have a standard tool for portfolio oversight.
