Awesome for virtual events. It's the next best thing to being there in person.

What do you like best?

The virtual platform was very easy to use. It was almost as good as being at an event in person. The platform was easy for non technologically savvy attendees, the platform background was easy on the eyes and the rooms were comfortable to sit in and watch the webinars. The exhibitor booth area was also great. We could have many organizations there to have a presence. Attendees were glad they were able to have all of the same services while we are not allowed to have an in person meeting. They really expressed they enjoyed the ease of use and the eye appeal.

What do you dislike?

More instruction leading up to the event would have been helpful. More guidance and walk through of exactly what to expect would have certainly made the day go smoother. The day of the event was great since the Kestone representatives were able to assist us with whatever we needed. They made the day simple for us.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to solve the issue of not having the ability to host an in person event. The platform was very user-friendly and helpful to most participants. We realize that we were able to reach a lot of people across the state using a virtual platform that we would not necessarily have reached by holding this event in person.

We also realized we can have a virtual event if needed!
