What do you like best?
The platform is quite flexible and adaptive. It can accommodate complex scenarios and plans that may differ even at an individual level. I particularly like their query management module that enables the reps to raise queries from within the app itself and also provides the management with the context of that particular query. The nudge feature is also a great way to keep the reps in line with their planning.
What do you dislike?
Although most visualizations are supported in Kennect, we would have liked it if they could add more designs as per our preference. We requested them to do it and have agreed to include it in their product roadmap.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Apart from the other benefits, the main issue that Kennect helped us in solving is the minimization of payout errors. In uncertain times, with ever-changing incentive plans, we needed a platform that could convey the changes in the incentive plans with a few clicks. Kennect's modern solution played an instrumental role in doing the same.
