Advanced user of Keka HR Payroll SoftwareThey are always their to support but once anything is not corrected by support team, then nothing is escalated.
Keka is a naive software in HRMS. They are still in process of building the software.
Though its ok to be in developmental mode & still be available for companies nut what is not ok is to assign people who are still themselves learning for setup of the software.
The setup phase has been a bad experience for us and worst is that even after so many hit & trials by the team keka, my policies still are not applied the right way.
Many of the features reflected are not even working!
To add to it, things are never escalated and taken seriously by the team. They always keep on responding that we are working on the issue.
Its been 6 months since our setup has started & still the software & its mobile app have n number of glitches! We have onboarded only 100 employees in first go.. what must be happening with companies who got their entire team on keka?
