Need a zero trust password manager? You need to check out Keeper!
What do you like best?
Support quickly answers any questions and escalates if needed. I really like the shared passwords feature, and the zero-knowledge architecture. Plugins are available for all browsers. Using single sign on simplifies provisioning and the additional layer of security through our MFA provider gives us piece of mind. Even if something happens and Keeper was compormised, bad actors still would not have access to any credentials.
The add-on services (dark web scanning & identity protection) are great value added components.
What do you dislike?
The browser extension can occasionally be flakey. I also don't like that you need to have a seperate admin account outside the scope of SSO if you ever have an issue with single sign on not working. It would be nice if you could have at least one unlicensed admin account.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm no longer seeing post-it notes with passwords. With shared password features, people are no longer locking themselves out of others' accounts. If an employee leaves the company, I can easily reassign the vault to their manager. As we undergo regular audits, we can consistantly show that we provide a zero-knowledge architecture (protected by SSO and additional MFA) for our user's passwords.
