What do you like best?
The CAM reconciliation function but with all the other headaches it is not worth using the system.
What do you dislike?
-Unclear directions.
-An error which reads "Undefined function NZ in expression" that keeps popping up which Kardin acknowledges as a glitch. They tell you to shut the system down and wait for it to clear each time it happens.
-Unresponsive customer service. Try calling their customer service number for technical support before you buy this product and you will not reach anyone. You will have to wait for the only customer service women to email you back when she is free.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Call their customer service line as if you were a current customer before you buy the product so you will have an understanding of the lack of service that you are in for. Do not use this software if working on a deadline. If there are any issue you may miss your deadlines due to system glitches and poor customer response.
