What do you like best?

I use Kanban in the most basic setting for my Wordpress website where I interact with a lot of different clients through chat and email. It's good to help me remember when to post blogs, make updates to the website, and reach out to potential clients and leads that have messaged me. It also helps me keep track of how much time I am spending on things. The user interface is pretty straight forward and with the basic level, you have various choices for how you want to assign tasks and keep track of time based on different intervals.

What do you dislike?

The user interface could be a little more visually appealing. It would also be nice to be able to toggle through different boards and use components interchangeably. When you first download the plugin you are prompted to make a selection for what type of board you would like, once you click on that board type you are not able to go back and choose a different option.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has definitely helped me to stay on task much easier and helps me to keep track of my client communications, website updates, and is a good time saver.
