Overall a really solid LMS. Good user experience, both front and back end.
What do you like best?
Front end user interface is great with some really useful features for both learners and line managers alike. I particularly like the learning plan feature as is neatly categorizes all a learners courses, making them easy to find and access when needed. It also give you and extra sense of satisfaction when you've finally completed a course.
What do you dislike?
Only that some of the features might expect to see in a modern LMS are not quite there yet. For example, it would be great to see some more advanced social learning and learning personalisation features.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
First and foremost was to improve our learners experience of accessing and consuming content which Learn has absolutely done. Additional benefits realised would be simplification of our tracking and chasing processes around completion of compliance learning. The My Team features allows Line Managers to quickly see their teams progress on this and to send reminders when needed. It's removed the need for lot of complicated reporting withing the business.
