I worked on 2 projects with this product and I was always extremely satisfied with it.
What do you like best?
All information is easily and clearly accessible via dashboards and reports. Test analysis here is very intuitive and user friendly. Furthermore, there is a very clear record of errors in the project, which can be created directly in the test execution for a specific step. There is also the possibility to link several projects together and check the results through these projects together.
What do you dislike?
A little more complicated to set up test execution, through click-through test plan, sprint and project roles. But nothing terrible, everything can be found in the documentation.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used Juno One to create an overall detailed test analysis and then test execution on both projects. I presented the results to management using reports.
