What do you like best?
We worked closely with their Support Manager Zak. He took the lead and saw us across the finish line to production. Training has been smooth so far for our Team and the access to support seems to be streamlined. We're looking forward good things with Jungo.
What do you dislike?
There's a lot to learn with this dashboard and naturally taking on lots of new information fast can be uncomfortable. That's not a knock against Jungo however. That's just the process of growth.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed something that integrated with Encompass and allowed our Team to have access to the tools and functionality needed to manage our mortgage vertical that wasn't available with just Encompass alone.
