What do you like best?

The best feature is the fact that work can be submitted but can't be utilized until approval has been granted.

What do you dislike?

The user interface requires some improvement, we personally found it "hard" to utilize.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The system has potential, but still needs a lot more input until it's stable to use from a business perspective, I would say try out for yourself as it might be suitable for your situation.
