What do you like best?

I like setting up my templates for estimates. When I close the sale, I can create a budget, material order, and invoice off of the estimate. I used to have to retype every step. I used Word for my estimate, Excel spreadsheet to create a job budget, Email to send a material order, Quickbooks to send the invoice.

Now I create the estimate which calculates my markup and convert it to a budget, material order, and invoice without retyping it.

I also used to have job folders for every job. I went and counted over a thousand folders from old jobs. Now I can leave everything all documents, pictures, customer communication right on Jobnimbus.

What do you dislike?

I don't have too much say bad about Jobnimbus. I have been using it since it was a new service and I have seen many bugs or issues resolved over the years and believe they have continued to improve the service.

I am not a huge fan of the mobile app, it can be confusing if you are used to the desktop version and it does not have all of the features available on the mobile app. It is a good way to take pictures on the job however.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Like any program, it takes a while to remember the steps and features. Once you use it regularly, it becomes a normal part of your daily routine.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can spend more time working with my team helping them with sales and production instead of spending so much time on the computer.
