What do you like best?

Jetico's products are easy to use, and very effective. It provides peace of mind that files are secured.

What do you dislike?

Two minor features sometimes do not function perfectly. Sometimes the Jetico auto-update feature does not work; sometimes the timeout function that turns off file access also does not work as intended. These can be resolved by contacting support, or with a reinstallation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use and understand the product features before you permanently save files to a Jetico product to make sure you do not lose access to your files.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Securing files so that someone unauthorized cannot access files. I can leave my desk to allow someone else to use my computer, and they will never be aware of my secured files. Backing up files is also easier, because you do not need to confirm whether all files were backed up. Only the Jetico contained file needs to be confirmed. I also use Jetico to separate access to certain software programs, as all of the software and data is contained in a Jetico secure container. As a result, if a software update did not work properly, I could potentially go back to a previous version and attempt the update again.
