Advanced user of JedoxWhat do you like best?
Jedox is very user-friendly and minimizes the dependency on IT resources. The implementation is straight-forward and usage is very intuitive for new users.
What do you dislike?
The one thing that I believe Jedox is lacking is the availability of trainingdocumentation on advanced report design concepts. Their training courses have come a long way and their knowledge base is fairly robust; however, there are no manuals and there have been many times that a knowledge base search comes back empty or the article returned isn't detailed enough for an advanced design concept.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are satisfying the traditional plan vs forecast type of financial analysis. We are close to releasing a model that will allow our business partners to more accurately forecast tech labor expense so that our workforce is right-fitted to our business volume.
