JDMS helps streamline and engage leadership
What do you like best?
JDMS not only puts everything in one spot which is extremely helpful but it also allows for reporting. It helped us be able to sort and filter through our job descriptions in a variety of ways depending on what it was we were looking for. This is extremely useful being in healthcare due to all the regulations particular positions have. The ability to have workflows where the other individuals in the organization can easily be a part of the process is great.
What do you dislike?
Honestly there isn't much to dislike and anything that we have come across quickly gets put into their roadmap for future enhancements.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our job descriptions were in a bad place before we implemented JDMS. JDMS has helped us organize them, streamline the creation and update process greatly and helped engage our leaders to make sure their areas job descriptions are consistently updated and correct. JDMS has helped us (HR) be able to quickly see how many jobs require particular things, what jobs we may have that are missing job descriptions, keeping consistency of requirements. One of our biggest previous issues was many jobs would require the same things such as a High School Diploma but it was written ten different ways. JDMS allowed us to stop that from occurring and make it a list where you select from a list of options instead of free type. This makes reporting a breeze.
