What do you like best?

-The ability to track student information

-The ability to input special notes for every student/family

-The ability to specify emailing lists to different groups of people.

-Roll Notes and attendance reports

What do you dislike?

-We've gotten complaints on the parent end that the portal for editing account information is not very intuitive.

-I don't find the built in dashboards especially useful

-There is a lot of functionality we do not use

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Jackrabbit is our central database for all client information. Without it, it would be incredibly difficult to track our client base and make sure we are running a good/organized program for our students
