IvyBackup is a great tool for our system
What do you like best?
Ivy Backup is a simple program with good performance and that does not consume memory and bandwidth. You have the option to schedule backups in the cloud. I also like that it supports file compression and encryption. The best thing is that the restoration of the files can be selective and not all the stored backup should be restored.
What do you dislike?
In some cases, the program can not access some folders and the backup is automatically canceled. However, it does not show any warning that this is happening. I also think that the documentation that comes with the software is not very helpful because it is very generic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a tool that is worth implementing. It is a software with a short learning curve. It has the ability to stay in the background carrying out the backups and the procedures are carried out quickly. I find this essential software for our work.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In the company where I work we needed an application that makes backup and restoration scheduled, specifically a weekly synchronization, so IvyBackup is responsible for creating backup copies of our files when you log in to the computer, working stealthily.
