What do you like best?
I have been able to create a chatbot for my brand in a minute without any coding knowledge, it is almost a miracle ;)
My user experience has been very smooth and easy, took my no time to understand how to do it, very user friendly.
I also like very much the design of the interface!
What do you dislike?
No particular issue, I hope the team will keep on working on this project and add new features!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I need to improve communication with my customer, help them any time of the day and night. This chatbot help me answering the most frequent question and personally manage only the cases that need to be.
