Advanced user of IQ CRMIQ helps our office track constituents and their requests- whether it's assistance with a case or to provide an opinion to the Senator, IQ makes it easy to fill constituents in on their case, even if the person answering the call in our office isn't the caseworker.
Sometimes IQ is upgraded during the work day- very rarely mind you, but when it goes down during the workday our office can't do much without it. Luckily we have an awesome IQ liaison who is always so helpful and keeps us up to date on any glitches or improvements. He even does trainings with us if we want to learn more, both individually and as a group!
IQ helps us keep track of all interactions with constituents- without it, we would have no method to track opinions, cases, scheduling requests, etc. so helpful when someone calls and tried to say they haven't received a call back, and we can let them know the exact time we last spoke.
