My partner has been charged six years for a website we've only owned for one year.
Our bad... the auto-renewal charged us another three years on the credit card. Granted, we should have canceled the renewal (even though we never got the notification email if such an email was sent)
The real problem is how their customer service handles the support request. It's like talking to a wall.
No understanding of the situation. Therefore we're paying iPage until 2023 to host a website we haven't owned since 2018. Not ideal.
I will never host any other website with iPage.
Hosting website. No benefits realized.
