What do you like best?
It is open source, it opens so many doors to developers so they can mod or port an already excellent game that we all liked nearly two decades ago.
What do you dislike?
Little to none support from modders and the community is virtually non-existent, way too small to be considered a "community"

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Business problems? non so far, but I've managed to arrange several few after work matches at the office. So technically is a post-work stress reliever, also it helps bonding with co-workers.
