The boards created in iObeya are accessible to those who have their own company computers or laptops. For shopfloor personnel who needs to access to iObeya, a big touch screen TV may be required to digitalize the boards useable by shopfloor personnel.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Real-time updates of the visual boards can be made possible, where multiple members are allowed to access and update different part of the boads. Virtual meetings and performance tracking are much easier now compared to the past. Some specialized tool such iDCM really saves a lot of time in set-up, maintenance and update of the board and its elements. It also allows for quick extraction of historical data for analysis and future improvement on productivity and cycle time.
