Best part about using invu is you can search based on any criteria; may it be customers, suppliers, date or document type. This eliminate all the confusion about which file to pull first.
Search function on invu can sometimes take more time than going to the record room and finding it yourself. However, it's rare and when more than one search parameters are given at the same time.
