Complex to manage, still best choice even if it doesn't address all needs .Victim of its success.
What do you like best?
The platform adresses most of basic scenarios. Capability to manage multi level of reselling. Initial Onboarding. techical and commercial team are really dedicated to help.
What do you dislike?
the platform requires heavy management and is huge time consuming. Some Microsoft features are not reproductible in the platform, not possible to manage multiple taxation for same customer, Perpetual software is still not managing the Microsoft pricelist, Some tickets are never really adressed, whenever a problem is complex the ticket goes to "requires extra development" or under dev evaluation... the fact that the support model has been changed without previous notification and that the support level is impacted. also Roadmap is always postponed.
Also the update process for products and pricelist is just a nightmare, complex, and sometimes not reliable... which makes me threatened about reliability of prices.
fact that invoices content can change after they are sent to customer just by changing a template (accountlingly uncompliant)
