What do you like best?
I like the fact that all our clients are linked on intercom and it keeps track of everything you sent, whether its a chat or email. I love the snooze and templates you can also set up so that you don't have to type the same emails over and over.
What do you dislike?
At this point in time, the only thing that I have a problem with is the time it takes to add an additional email to link to the system
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is by far the easiest and best emailing system I used. I love the fact that you can even store articles and template emails, which makes it easier to get through a bulk of clients. You can also set up reminders on the system and snooze the ones you keep for a later stage in the week. You can also do your reports on this software and it really is a one-stop shop. :-)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps with call waiting time and it makes our job easy - Instead of waiting in a call queue you can chat and email us. We then receive it via intercom
