The commentary drive app is to rigid and does not always reflect to ability of the driver or the issues you can encounter while driving,

I work on remote islands and I can quickly relate the issues I have working on site, where sending an email and attaching photos might take time I can do that while I am still there. I can also receive feedback much quicker which can be very helpful when the issue needs to be resolved that day.
