What do you like best?
I like how easy the SmartCall App I use within the Suite streamlines the sales process for me. I know exactly where I need to go each day and what exactly I need to check in each store call that I make. There is room for me to leave comments and take pictures and save them to later view through the Suite photo gallery so that I can keep track of all information.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the SmartCall App that I use within the Retail Execution Suite will glitch and information that I have previously marked as being in distribution will uncheck its self.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use the InStore Retail Execution Suite every day for my job. It makes sales calls a lot more seamless. It allows me to easily detect what I need to accomplish on each sales call with the SmartCall APP. I am able to identify current products that need to be in distribution for a certain store that is not as well as tells me what new products need to be at a store. I am easily able to identify my territory and what stores need to be attended to, to ensure I meet all of my sales goals!
