Advanced user of Instancy Learning Management SystemWhat I like most about LMS is the ease of use. As a new employee or someone who has used it before, it's super easy to use. Modules are assigned to the employees and then the click through completion is easy to navigate.
The only dislike would be at my organization after the module is completed it returns you to a page with all modules and not just the ones assigned to you, but no worries these are found on your dashboard.
Problems being solved are pretty much anything you can think of as our modules are learning how to know and work through all processes in our company. The LMS system keeps everything organized in a one stop shop and being able to search through the system helps you find modules quickly.
