What do you like best?

Informatica is rich in features to support data feeds from our ERP to our Enrollment CRM.

What do you dislike?

We have not hit any significant issues with this application. Any issues that have occurred have been quickly addressed by their support team.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a tool to do data mapping and transfer from our ERP to our Enrollment CRM. These are setup on a recurring basis and have been very dependable.
