Advanced user of Infor Ming.leNothing, Infor offers nothing positive, everything is an add-on and with a fee.
Everything, it is the least user friendly ERP system I have used.
I would never recommend Infor Ming.le to any company in food service. We switched ERP systems because we were informed that this system would make reporting an ease. Every time we needed an add-on, it was a fee. Every single feature that comes with other ERP systems is an extra cost with Infor. The implementation took a very long time and was very difficult. We were in too deep to back out when we realized that everything was extra. They require multiple systems to run along side it because it is not capable to do all of its own things. The approval mapping is so difficult for AP and half the time the links that go out for the approval are broken and the system needs reset.
Infor Ming.le caused more issues than it solved, we had zero benefits for this product.
