The tool itself is innovative in its approach to the renewal process and their support staff is always willing to help and open to new ideas to improve the product.

I highly recommend Indio to any agency. It has made the renewal process so much easier for our clients. Not only do we use it to collect renewal information but we use their documents section to collect and share sensitive client information such as financials and their electronic policies. The more the client is using Indio the easier its gets for them. I believe that being able to offer a tool like Indio to our clients helps us retain clients.
