Advanced user of Incode RMSThere are a LOT of functions in here, which is great for the Court, but for dispatch, it's a bit much. We really only use a couple features inside this system, and it is easy to use once you know how. I saved the search screen on my favorites bar, because it's a little convoluted the way you have to go about searching. The actual search feature is easy to use once you get to it. I like that the court clerks can upload the paperwork so you can see it on the dispatch end to see if a warrant has been signed or not.
The flagging system is ridiculous. The colors cannot be customized, and the colors that are selected are so similar that it's hard to tell them apart. Reds, oranges, and yellows. Unfortunately, I operate this system in a screen that is above eye-level, which makes these colors even harder to differentiate while confirming on warrants.
It is a lot easier to see the paperwork to verify if a warrant is active, has already been served, etc, and also is easier for us to print the warrant paperwork down to the jail than our old system.
