Advanced user of ImprovMXThe setup takes minutes as ImprovMX walks you through it, and the interface is very well designed (with a nice modern asthetic) so you're sure that the setup has been finalized. The new regex feature makes it very easy to setup a more complex 'routing' to Gmail.
They're very transparent about the free offering versus premium, so the value proposition is clear. And the fact that I have unlimited usage for additional new domains that I'd like the email routed to my Gmail account is very, very generous.
If the know-how for using the regex feature was unified with the dashboard interface, instead of having to read documentation on the same page and then come back to the dashboard.
Also, and this is nit-picking, but there's a lot of negative visual space on the dashboard interface, so I would suggest perhaps making better use of the screen real-estate. Though that's subjective, and perhaps the minimalist vibe was the goal, in which case they hit the nail on the head.
I would sign up for the free account and give it a try—you lose nothing and I'm guessing you'll be delighted at the products power.
I can have a set of forward-facing email addresses on a business web domains all routed to my Gmail account, with clever 'routing' so I can make use of filtering in Gmail and setup more effective notifications. All of this for free, and now that I'm setup, I'm considering the upgrade to premium because of the faster email processing, even though the free tier's processing times are more than sufficient for my current needs.
