What do you like best?
Alex Tomenko proves to be an eager CSM since he always tried to answer our requests asap and proactively made sure the service continuously performs at maximum efficiency. On a personal level he also proved to be a very friendly and open minded person.
The rapid and easy integration of data into our visualisation platform is the main reason I use Improvado. Also, I really love the possibility to have the Improvado team generate custom data sets where more complex data unions are needed in order to display the necessary metrics & dimension on a dashboard.
What do you dislike?
The report function that is integrated into the Improvado UI. It's not really an easy to use visualisation tool in terms of customisation and usability. I prefer using an external visualisation tool like Google Data Studio. I mainly use Improvado in order to bundle data sets and make them accessible through Google Big Query.
What sometimes makes communication difficult is the poor English that a few employees have. I can tell that all employees show extreme dilligence and professionality but some might require internal further training in English.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Improvado is a perfect solution for agencies that manage marketing campaigns for various clients with countless social media channels. It's an easy way to ease daily work with data and helps to spend less time on data structures and more on profitable analysis.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We reduce excessive workload that was necessary in order to setup data sets/ develop client dashboards. I also realized that their backend team consists of very advanced Data Scientists/Managers who can help generate complex sets of data where metrics from various data sources can be attributed into the same table/query.
