What do you like best?
the scope of services is inclusive of promtional tracking, lead management, inventory control, and customer service. The aggregation of services is helpful in saving time as opposed to prior software usage which required numerous individual softwares.
What do you dislike?
the interfaces of the software ecosystem is less efficient than a software such as sales force or quickbooks. This may be because they are integrating so many great features. However, imprezian remains a bit clunky especially when switching between business unit process flows.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Before I was using different softwares which were not integrated so this saves time and effort by consolidating key functions. My teams conversion rate is higher but best of all our efficiency has increased about 20 to 30 percent which is helping cut tangible costs.
