What do you like best?

This software is capable of managing system for documenting, scheduling and billing patients from the use of a in house portal.

What do you dislike?

Needing three to four sessions in learning how to implement the program for using for the purpose of patient billing and looking up information on the portal for prescriptions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I think if in medical industry, one wants to automate billing, scheduling, documenting, and charting and online prescribing...this is a good tool for doctors and nurses to use. Very easy to learn but have to devote time for 3-4 training sessions with a consultant.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The business problem being solved is that we have automated billing and scheduling that goes out on certain dates, every 30-45 days. The benefits is that this software keeps a track of when the bill was mailed out and what responses have we received on delinquent accounts.
