What do you like best?

Seeing the trends YOY, being able to see comp set occupancy, being able to see where my hotel is at in ADR and Occupancy YOY to both the comp set and ourselves. Hotelligence is incredible, a great way to watch accounts to manager our BT share and to see where we can steal share from the comp set. Pace reports by segment by day of week, month, year.

What do you dislike?

There really isn't anything to dislike about this program. It has a ton of information and can be hard to learn what is best to look at in the program, but they offer teachings.
