What do you like best?

How quickly you can look up call history

What do you dislike?

It's inflexible in manipulating units. I'd like to he able to do more with them in terms of assigning them to calls.

It's a great starter CAD for dispatchers, very easy to learn

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Things can be done quite quickly with this system and speed is of the essence
