Advanced user of IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson- UI is friendly. Easy to understand compare with other MDM and from customer feed back.
- Security policy is easy to config and details is clear easy to understand.
- Come with threat management option. No need to install 3rd party application.
- Easy to enrollment support multi platform.
- IBM MaaS360 need very stable internet to enrollment.
- Kiosk mode some time not stable user can exit from kiosk mode.
- Security policy not support all android device.
- Watson isn't useful.
If you looking for multi platform MDM and easy to use I recommend IBM MaaS360.
From customer case study. They provide tablet for sales team. But they have problem from 4G data plan is not enough because non-business use. So, They use IBM MaaS360 to config kiosk mode and allow only business application. They can save 4G data plan cost and make more productivity.
