What do you like best?
Emerging technologies like AI. Listing of Rubbernecks clusters on single dashboard page. The software is user friendly and has various features. Our IT team uses it more than I , however what I have seen... seems to be a great tool, especially when you have offices all over the world! you have greater visibility over things happening in your company or within your small team.
What do you dislike?
I don't really like the user interface. Maybe a display flaw. Need more flexibility on hosting bigger applications. more maturity needed in the predictive and optimization areas. I dislike the fact that there is a lot of dill down to find the on going processes that are active. Would really like to see active resources and service with minimum drill-down.
