What do you like best?
API integration lets me manage the configuration using the GUI. Flexible pricing ensures that I don't get overcharged.
What do you dislike?
With the firm moving to AWS, 2 years down the line we won't be using this at all and be using the AWS inbuilt load balancers as they fit very well with AWS EC2 instances.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it if you are still on-premises with your bare metal hardware. If you have the technical know-how, you can still implement the same on the cloud.

To balance the traffic evenly among webservers is what we were using this. Like I said, its flexible pricing is something we love which ensures we never get charged more than what we are using it.
