Too many errors

What do you like best?

Everything is integrated. We used our own proprietary solution up until recently, but expansion made it necessary to go to something that interconnects all locations.

What do you dislike?

Too many errors. I'm still not certain if they were mostly user, implementation or software errors, but they posed a significant enough problem that we went with another option. I believe we would have been satisfied if the errors could have been eliminated.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Integration was the objective for us. We were attempting to have all divisions and all platforms work together.
