What do you like best?
Support fo all production grade Operating system's like Linux and Windows. Powerful computation services. It delivers Highly available and fail-over mechanism. Secure and PCI and SOC2 compliant.
What do you dislike?
Customer service is not good. Also there is a a very weak community support for the same.
With certain good features, its expensive. Cumbersome UI.

Good platform for developers and testers working in a mid-scale or large scale organisation.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Spinning up instances with few clicks. Wide support for multiple OS at once. Development and Test lifecycle of applications has ramped up.
