What do you like best?
This is the best product that integrates with my Pivotal cloud foundry applications. In addition to dynamic scaling, it has scheduled scaling which is awesome as I can scale my applications for that particular time I know the usage would be at a peak. In addition to this, I can access all scaling history using REST APIs which makes it easy for developers to pull down the metric data.
What do you dislike?
I wish this product has more Predictive and Pro-active autoscaling features.

Go for it. With unique advantages that PCF provides, you must leverage the power of IBM autoscaling here. Also, low prices and awesome support makes it a clear winner.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
While migrating applications to public cloud, we are more into the PAAS strategy and use PCF (pivotal cloud foundry). IBM auto-scaling helps us to manage excessive workloads on PCF by maintaining desired number of instances in an optimal way.
