What do you like best?
As a Program/Project Manager, the ability to execute and track complex prorgam in a digital tool is now a pre-requisite. i-nexus allows me to organise my portfolios of work, programs, projects and key performance indicator in a logical way giving me a complete line of sight from the strategic objective down to the actuons performed by my project team members. i-nexus can also help me with strategy deployment and cascade using a virtual x-matrix and the Hoshin Kanri methodology. This makes for a very comprehensive business platform and so wherever I go as a business consultant, I always suggest my clients to consider using i-nexus ASAP! I am their biggest fan basically :-)
What do you dislike?
I cannot really think of anything I dislike... The only thing I can remember disliking is having to learn where to click and how to do certain advanced things like adding users or modifying screen views. But just like cycling, once you get it, the muscle memory does its work theni0nexus becomes second nature.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Organisation and execution of complex programs and associated projects and workstreams. Links with KPIs etc. Strategy deployment and execution using the Hoshin Kanri x-matrix.
