At first I struggled to open my drive and replace older documents with new ones

It could Save you so much. A damaged disk could make life so difficult, But by having access to your files from any computer or mobile smartphone is a game changer

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I Struggled to use it on Android. But once I got that sorted I was very happy
